Research and supervision

My research explores questions at the interface of strongly interacting and confining quantum field theories, gravity, and string theory. I approach these problems through scattering amplitudes, using bootstrap, non-perturbative, and model-independent methods to extract information that is difficult to access with conventional perturbative techniques.

My work relies on several kinds of techniques, ranging from purely analytical methods in quantum field theory, string theory, and mathematics to numerical methods based on machine learning and semidefinite optimization.
