SloopS

Running on LAPTh/LAPP servers: At LAPTh/LAPP Mathematica/Mathlink is not installed properly and there are compiler issues to use FeynC, FormC and hence SloopS. The main problem is FormCalc

To run on the server at the moment (April 2016) is to log to lappsl5. Then the combination that works is Math 7.5 and force to work with Form 3.3

Running on Ubuntu With the latest version 14.04.4 and Mathematica 8 or 9 no problem. We tested with the latest version of FormCalc 9.2 All ok!

Recipe for a clean and efficient installation of Ubuntu (with all libraries etc..)

FormCalc_patch (it is a .txt file, remove the .gz extension) 03/01/2009 Hits: 2 The model with classes generated by LanHEP 3.0.3 requires to patch the FormCalc. Open the FormCalc.m or FormCalc41My.m (check exactly which file you use, e.g. in the first lines of genscat.m) and find the FindRenConst procedure. Replace it by code provided here. FormCalc6.0 and later has this problem already fixed.

Espace Nans-Guillaume, Scheme Coan

This is for Nans and Guillaume to exchange docs especially as concerns the comparison in the neutralino-chargino sector and the scheme dependence. Merci Chef.

tableaux_coeff_a_et_bv7 hot! 01/12/2009 Hits: 20 Here is a note showing the tables of the coefficents a & b of the thermal averaging of the 4 principal channels contributing to the relic density.

sourcesnotes.tar 01/12/2009 Hits: 3 This archive file contents are the LATEX sources of the tableaux_coeff_a_et_b.pdf, note_relique.pdf, note_renorm_charg_neut.pdf

parameters_sloops_micromegas 01/20/2009 Hits: 8 This text file contains the Parameters & Masses used in SloopS and MicrOmegas [Nans].
We see clearly a difference between the computation of the N_12 parameter (and also MNE2): N_12 [SloopS]=-0.29
N_12[MicrOmegas]=-0.19

MNE2[SloopS]=119.3 GeV
MNE2[MicrOmegas]=124.7 GeV

These values induce the difference observed in the relic density calculation. But the question is why Suspect gives these numbers? I don't see…

Versions of the Code (Not Public)

Versions of the Code, …. You must leave all versions of the code here. We will discuss in detail how to finalise this. A code should come with a note. Please specify on which version of FeynArts/..package, Mathematica the version runs. Also specify on which machine/ account this code has been tested. It is best to leave a version on this server. I will make a copy in a repository on the lapp server just in case. if you want feedback from the collaboration on a certain write-up or document it is perhaps a better idea to use the forum. Thank you!

UseBases.tar 12/17/2009 Hits: 5 Use Bases as integrator To add the path, you can do like this in makefile: BS = /home/~/basesv5.1 STDLIBS = -L$(BS) -lbases

source_for_model_88 hot! 03/01/2009 Hits: 10 Source (i.e. LanHEP input files) for the model88: sfermion sector is fixed for nonzero trilinear coupling; switches in the beginning of susy.mdl file allow to choose among real or complex neutralino mixing matrix, and to use or not to use classes. LanHEP 3.0.3 is required to process the model.

SloopS-FC6.ta rhot! 12/10/2009 Hits: 10 Frozen Version of SloopS with FormCalc-6.0, FeynArts-3.4, LoopTools-2.4. Installation instructions inside the archive file.

sigmaV.tar 04/21/2010 Hits: 6 To calculate sigma*V in SloopS, do some changes in xsection.F following the notes sigmaV.

Scan.tar 12/11/2009 Hits: 6 The scanning tool for Sloops Model. Performs a scan on 2 to 2 MSSM processes, with loops on non linear gauge parameter and Cuv (that can be easily modified).

renorm_scheme_source hot! 11/06/2008 Hits: 12 Here you can find the susy_reno2 which correspond to the renormalization of the chargino/neutralino sector with ~o1,~o2,~1+ and the corresponding output files (.mod,.h,.gen,.F) with real parameters for the neutralino mass matrix. There is also susy_renc2 which is the same as the former file but with ~o1,~1+,~2+ as inputs. It has to be noticed that in these files implementation of non-linear gauge fixing for A0 and H+ is not done yet.

NMSSM-model-cplx.tar 12/13/2010 Hits: 1 Here are the model files for the NMSSM in FormCalc 4. Installation and instructions are in the archive in the file INSTALLATION.

neutd.tar 11/25/2009 Hits: 1 neutd.F is the file needed for the diagonalisation of the neutralino mass matrix with complex parameters.

mssmrc102.tar 11/10/2010 Hits: 2 model102 is a model of tree-level MSSM plus effective couplings for neutralinos. It is based on mssmrc100. Check the readme to have more information. This is version 1.0

Run with lhep -fa6 -abbr susy.mdl CAUTION: To generate correctly the cross section you must change your usual mathematica file! See effective_neutralinos.pdf. One example is given in fcalc.m

MSSM-sunhao.tar 09/29/2010 Hits: 1 This is the model file I use.

modelSMQCDrc.tar hot! 01/13/2011 Hits: 12 Here you can find the LanHEP file for generating the model files for FormCalc 6 and an example of output name model7 with the usual command :

./lhep -fa6 -abbr SMQCDrc.mdl

CAUTION : There is in fact a difference between the ouput of LanHEP and the version of model7.mod. It seems that the shift on the 4 gluons vertex is not done correctly. In the file model7.mod present in the archive I have modified it by hand such that it is correct for FormCalc 6.

You can also find a mathematica file for generating the process b bbar ⇒ t tbbar with only QCD corrections, but with all born contributions (EW +QCD).

Only UV finiteness has been checked

model90 source files hot! 04/26/2009 Hits: 16 model90 is Spring'09 MSSM+rc version. Complex parameters. Uses classes by default. RC for sfermions are slightly improved. Needs LanHEP 3.0.4. Run ../lhep -fa6 -abbr susy to get files for FormCalc 6.0.

model90 hot! 04/26/2009 Hits: 10 model90 files - Spring'09 MSSM+rc version. Complex parameters are implemented. Uses classes, since all known bugs with them are fixed. FormCalc 6.0 format.

model89 03/01/2009 Hits: 1 model89.*, mdl_ini89.F: the MSSM with complex neutralino mixing and with classes. It is the same as model88 but uses classes. All decays are checked and found to be finite. Many scattering processes are checked, the only problem is: 2 squarks into 2 squarks are divergent (in the model without classes it is finite). This model requires modification in the FormCalc! (Bug fixed in FormCalc6.0).

model88 03/01/2009 Hits: 1 model88.*, mdl_ini88.F: the MSSM with complex neutralino mixing and no classes. Some processes can not be calculated due to large size (FormCalc crashes); all processes which can be calculated are finite.

Model80/81 [Version used by Nans] 12/09/2009 Hits: 7 Nans currently uses these models: Model80 (with real parameters) and Model81 (for complex parameters). Compiled with lanhep302 (without improved classes and stuff like that) and then with FormCalc-4.1. Uploaded for Genevieve.

model5 hot! 04/22/2009 Hits: 15 Standard Model with classes, FormCalc 6.0 format. Physics is equivalent to the old model4.

LoopTools-2.3-segmentation.tar 05/19/2010 Hits: 5 LoopTools with segmenataion: To use it, change EpsGram3 and EpsGram4 in /util/ffini.F . These are the boundary to use segmentation. The default value is EpsGram3=1D-5 EpsGram4=1D-6

LanHEP_3.0.3 03/01/2009 Hits: 3 This is LanHEP ver. 3.0.3: some bugs related to classes were fixed. Patterns can be used for input statements (see sfermions RC in model88 source). Required for model88 generation.

LanHEP source files - mssmrc100 hot! 12/18/2009 Hits: 13 Light version of the source code (useless switches for SUGRA, CP etc… are completely removed). The former renormalisation file is now split in several files (fermion, gauge, higgs, ino, sfermion) in order to include other renormalisation schemes quite easily. There are two files for the renormalisation scheme of the -inos. Model100 is defined in the c1c2o1 scheme. This models solves partially the problem of the gauge dependence for external A0/H+ processes (problems still occuring only when A0/H+ appears both in external AND internal lines). New definitions for dZ_GA/H+ are included in susy_rchig2.mdl. Version using lanhep3.0.4/FormCalc6.0. Compiled with the command ../lhep -fa6 -abbr susy. Some checks have been done but a careful attention should be paid on sfermion processes.

LanHEP 3.0.4 hot! 04/26/2009 Hits: 12 LanHEP 3.0.4: compex parameters; FormCalc6.0 format available with -fa6 option; new features allow to define templates for declarations (see sfermion RC in model90).
