Launch of CIPHEA: a new International Centre for High Energy Physics and Astrophysics in Annecy

New version of (2.4) Micromegas released.  The code is now  set up for a generic model admitting a CDM candidate. Apart from the relic density, the code now includes direct and  indirect detection.
